Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with founders, wealth advisors, attorneys, and executives - people at the top of their fields. People with real experience. Real insight.

And yet, most of them are almost completely invisible!!

Not in their day-to-day work. They’re respected by clients. Trusted by colleagues. Successful by any objective measure.

But outside of their immediate circle, they barely exist.

No consistent video presence. No podcast. No platform where their thinking lives publicly and works for them 24/7.

Not because they don’t want to. And not because they don’t have anything valuable to say!!

It’s because they don’t know how to approach it strategically.

They’ve seen what’s out there. Random podcasts. Low-quality videos. Content that feels forced, awkward, or disconnected from their real expertise. And understandably, they don’t want any part of that.

They don’t want to become influencers.

They want to be seen as authorities!!

There’s a massive difference.

When I was producing content at Bridgewater Associates, working directly with Ray Dalio and other senior leaders, nothing was ever created randomly. Every piece of content had a purpose. It reinforced credibility. It clarified thinking. It built trust at scale!!

That same principle applies to individual professionals today.

A video podcast, when done correctly, isn’t about downloads or vanity metrics. It becomes a strategic asset. A platform that communicates who you are, how you think, and why someone should trust you - before you ever speak to them.

But most people never get there.

Not because they lack ability.

Because they lack structure. They lack guidance. They lack someone who’s done it before to show them the exact path forward!!

That’s why I decided to create a small, focused cohort.

Not a course.

Not a mass program.

A hands-on, 30-day process where I work directly with a small group of professionals and help them build and launch a strategic podcast the right way. We clarify the concept. Define the positioning. Design the format. And put the structure in place so it becomes a long-term authority asset - not just another piece of content.
